Common Questions

How do I start a brain dump?

Open MindSpill and tap the orange mic button to start talking, or type directly into the text box. When you're done, tap “Brain → Tasks” and AI will extract your tasks, notes, dates, and more.

How do I export to Apple Reminders or Calendar?

After processing your dump, you'll see your extracted tasks. Tap the Reminders icon to export to Apple Reminders, or the Calendar icon to export to your calendar. MindSpill works with any calendar configured on your iPhone, including Google Calendar.

How do I use Google Calendar with MindSpill?

MindSpill exports to any calendar set up on your iPhone. To add Google Calendar: go to iOS Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Google → sign in → enable Calendars. Your Google Calendar will then appear as an export option in MindSpill.

How do I manage my subscription?

MindSpill Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MindSpill Pro to manage or cancel your subscription.

Is my voice data private?

Yes. Voice transcription happens entirely on your device using WhisperKit. Your audio recordings are never uploaded to any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app is not working correctly

Try these steps: close and reopen the app, make sure you have the latest version from the App Store, restart your device. If the issue persists, email us at support@mindspill.app with a description of the problem and your device model.
