These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MindSpill mobile application (“App”), operated by Neon Media LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a Florida limited liability company. By downloading, installing, or using MindSpill, you agree to these Terms.
MindSpill is a productivity application that uses artificial intelligence to convert voice and text input into structured tasks, notes, and calendar events. You may use MindSpill for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may use MindSpill without creating an account. If you sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use MindSpill.
MindSpill offers a free tier with limited usage (5 brain dumps per week) and a Pro subscription with unlimited usage and additional features. Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store at $5.99/month or $49.99/year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
MindSpill uses artificial intelligence to extract tasks, notes, dates, and other information from your input. AI-generated output may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted information before acting on it. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
Your use of MindSpill is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Voice recordings are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
You agree not to use MindSpill for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure, use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage, or resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its features.
MindSpill, including its name, logo, design, and code, is the property of Neon Media LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create using MindSpill, including your brain dumps, tasks, and notes.
MindSpill is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of MindSpill, including but not limited to missed appointments, lost tasks, inaccurate AI extraction, or data loss.
We may terminate or suspend your access to MindSpill at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device remains accessible to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of MindSpill after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
